The activity is headed by San Miguel Pure Foods - Great Food Solutions (GFS) to foster mutually beneficial relationship with Food Caterers Association of the Philippines (FCAP). Through this activity, GFS, a food solutions provider presented the various applications of its wide portfolio of products in very trendy and creative dishes/dessert, designed and developed by no less than Chef Heny Sison, specifically with the caterer's operation in mind. Chef Heny Sison & San Miguel Pure Foods Culinary Center's Chef Sonny Ong featured several dishes through a cooking and baking demonstration using Magnolia, Pure Foods Hormel, Pure Foods Flour, San Mig Coffee, and Great Food Solutions Cook Express.
